How do I reset my Genius EX password?
Step 1. Use a web browser to go to https://merchant.roamdata.com/.
Step 2. Click Forgot Password
Step 3. Complete the password reset information:
a. Type your Username.
b. Click Submit. GeniusEX forwards you an automated email and displays a confirmation message.
Step 4. Click Close.
Step 5. In the password-reset email, follow the Click here to reset your password link.
Step 6. Follow the instructions to reset your password:
a. Answer the security questions when prompted.
b. In the Choose Password field, type your chosen password.
c. In the Retype Password field, re-type your chosen password.
d. Click Continue.
