Can I turn off fallback transactions on my Genius device?
Yes. You can turn off fallback transactions on your Genius device. For more information, contact the Customer Support Team.
Note: If you turn off fallback transactions and your Genius device is unable to read a customer’s EMV card, the customer needs to choose another form of payment to complete the transaction.
