I have forgotten my user name for the Payments Portal. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your user name, we can email your user name to you. To do this:

Step 1. Open your web browser.

Step 2. In the address bar, type https://tsys.accessaccountdetails.com/sign-in/.

Step 3. Press Return.

Step 4. Click Forgot your username/password?

Step 5. Click Can’t remember your user name?

Step 6. In the Email Address field, type the email address connected to your account.

Step 7. Click Recover Account.
