How do I add value to a gift card?
To add value to a gift card:
Option 1. Complete the steps in the following video:
Option 2. Complete the following steps:
Step 1. On the toolbar, click Virtual Terminal.
Step 2. From the side menu, click Add Value.
Step 3. Enter the Card Information:
a. Type the Card Number.
b. (Optional) Use the month and year drop-down menus to select the Expiration Date.
Step 4. Type the Order Information:
a. (Optional) Customer ID.
b. (Optional) Invoice Number.
c. Amount you are adding to the gift card.
d. (Optional) Notes relating to the transaction for future reference.
Step 5. Click Add Value. The Payments Portal confirms if the transaction was successful.
Step 6. (Optional) Click Email or Print Receipt to send a receipt by email or to print a receipt.
